Treadmill

Notes

It looked nasty outside, so did this easy run on the treadmill.

Abs were definitely sore to start, so started at 6.0 mph and only brought it up to 6.2 to keep a nice easy pace.

Felt maybe a little soreness in the upper right hamstring, probably due to yesterday's hills.

Debating whether to defer the 16 mile long run to Sunday rather than tomorrow as it looks like a much nicer day on Sunday.
