I had a bit of anxiety wondering if those little pin darts in the right knee would come back, but they didn't, so I was relieved. Although I stayed closer to the car because 1.25 miles walking when you are dressed for running feels cold.
I did this run entirely by feel and didn't try to target any pace or heart rate. Although it's a bit faster than I have been running lately, it still felt pretty easy and overall my body felt much better today.
Maybe 9 hours of rest is what I need on a daily basis during training.
