I had a sore muscle in the hamstring all day, but used the roller on it before heading out to run and it seemed to get the knot out as it didn't feel too bad out there running.

Plan was 2 miles very easy, 4 miles of 1:00 fast, 2:00 easy, 2 miles very easy.

Took a couple of the fast intervals to get some speed.

Was very pleased with the intervals. Much easier when it's 63 degrees as the last time I did these I think it was pretty hot and I didn't have the speed for the later intervals.

The fast intervals averaged 7:41.
