Up the Station Camp Greenway to the Middle school and back ... 4 times.
84 degrees at the start.
What started out as an easy 8 mile run turned into a 1 mile easy run and a 7 mile medium tempo run. Maybe got pumped up hearing the Station Camp band getting ready for the game.
Felt pretty good considering I was coming off a good 10 mile run from the previous day.
Going to go long on Sunday with the Nashville Striders.
