>Running 101>Let's start a game!!!
"I've been following Eddy's improvement over the last two years on this site, and it's been pretty dang solid. Sure the weekly mileage has been up and down, but over the long haul he's getting out the door and has turned himself into quite a runner. He's only now just figuring out his potential. Consistency in running is measured in years, not weeks. And over the last couple of years, Eddy's made great strides" Jeff 14 Jan 2009
False, still sticking with my base training and then I will put it to the test in a local 10K, where I plan to break 40 minutes.
I bet the next runner speeds up when they see another runner approaching, and thinks to themselves, "I am fitter than you"

False, I am a righty.
I bet the next person had a bowl of ice cream today.
I bet the next person isn't crazy enough to have three dogs. Pet dogs, not hunting dogs or dogs to breed or anything like that.
I bet the next person goes to be dreaming about running and wakes thinking about their planned run that day.
