Squidward Bike Rider
Run 2000 or even 2013 miles in 2013.
Stay uninjured while doing so.
Focus more on getting faster at the shorter stuff.
Run 2 HM's in 2 new states just for fun (looking at CT and OH)
My goals change but the main objective is just to keep running.
Avoid injury
Run a full marathon
Run a trail race
Maintain my weight loss.
Keep my State TT gold medal in 2013 and possibly win the jersey (long shot on the jersey)
Oly distance times to 2:45 which is a reasonable goal for me
Do some bike racing
Get my 5K swim under 2 hours. This year was dead on 2:00, so I think I can get that done too.
Who knows what else will happen. The 2 older kids are starting up track season here soon and I graduated in April, so those are obviously the first priorities in my life, along with being hubby's cheerleader and feed zone wench at his cycling events.

That is all. I could probably die happy then.
Mile 5:49 - 5K 19:58 - 10K 43:06 - HM 1:36:54
I want to have my wife run under a 24:30 also.
Isn't that her goal then?
Speaking of goals, I found this sticky note inside the back cover of the Pfitz book I bought:
He must have sold the book after reaching all of these goals, right? And I'm assuming "he" just because of the 5K times, but who knows?
Ha! That is great Zelanie!

TIME TO REVISIT! Still a few weeks to go, but at this point you should have a pretty good idea of how your year will end up.
2500 miles (a lofty goal) sub-20 5K 1:35 HM 3:30 FM (keep working towards a BQ) Stay healthy I'd list a 10K PR as a goal too, but I think I'm going to crush that the next time I run one.

I achieved the 1:35 HM. I'll take it! And I was right about the 10K. And the 5K may still be reached.

Baboon you bumping bastard.
Year started OK but went sharply downhill.
Run 2 marathons - 1; registered for 2nd but DNS due to injury. Improved training and/or race strategies to reduce/minimize bonking - Somewhat better; reduced positive split in the one I did run. Sub-4 (??) - Not; 4:06
