Thanks indi! 11.2m w/ 50min AT Wave Tempo. 5min intervals of 3% faster than my AT pace (7:15) and 5% slower recoveries. Breaks out to 7:00/7:37. Nailed it though. and avg'd just under 7:00/7:30-7:35. Felt really good.
Any word from Damaris?
Again congrats to Jenny. Solid race right there.
Onemile could probably run on water at this point! She is gonna blow it away! Zoe - I can relate to what you are saying. Jedi - I would tend to agree with you that you have a BQ in you. Cant wait to hear your results at Frederick. Docket - How long is your ultra? Got 7 miles done today in much cooler temps. HR was down and for some reason my leg felt just a tiny bit better than it did yesterday. Will try to close out the week at 35 or so miles, which is ahead of Pfitz recovery schedule. Will be doing all easy recovery miles as much as possible.

I think I remember someone earlier this week predicting that Onemile's last 6 miles would be her strongest and that she'd negative split...
Oh, was that you?

Congrats Jenny!!! You are awesome! That's such a sweet race.
Can't wait to hear about docket.
Me- 20 miles @ 9:05 avg pace. To prep for Cleveland I ran straight into the headwind for 12 miles and spent 6 miles finding as many hills as I could. My legs are shot, but I think I have a good shot at breaking 3:45 even with hills.
