I can barely beleive that first mile. I felt strong and it felt easy...then around mile 3 my right leg, inside just below the knee began to hurt...sharp pain. I stopped and massaged it, and slowed way down, and the hurt went away. I picked up speed again, but not as fast, then around mile 4 my right glute barked and barked...had to slow down, but eventually it went away. Guess i was just going too fast even tho it didn't feel that way...my body does not lie to me.
Beautiful evening run...I am a night runner.
