Dropped the car off at Marc Motors and then headed back home. Took the left that connects Main st with Twombley, then looped back to Main St, and a right at Cumbys before taking the School street loop home. The purpose today was to just run with no pick up at the end. Simmons talking to Steve Kerr is always a great way to pass time during a run. Just really cold. I dress appropriately and wasn’t cold except for my face. Continuing to feel good and the miles this week have not been hard at all. Hoping the body continues to feel this good. Almost no knee issues at all and I’m hoping that these pills I’ve been taking for joint health is partly the cause. Foot still a little numb but it seems to be getting better every day. Thinking of 10+ tomorrow and rest on Sunday which will make 6 days in a row. Good start.
