Recovery after yesterday I guess. Went for a one lap jog with Megan and then 6 50m sprints on the oval before hand. Very windy, didnt push at all nice cool weather for a run, and good to have a day off, even though going out now to take megan to the eye doctor for a follow up exam. hope its nothing, should be ok i think its a precautionary thing...
