Notes

Felt faster. Worked for breathing for the whole thing. Quad was slack until I found the correct interabdominal pressure. I would say the psoas in hindsight, now that I review the mental image, but possibly a larger bioflow shape from the TL junction down to those trochanteric insertions. I bore up the visualization of my anatomy against all distractions for a solid 80% of the run. What seemed key was drawing down the ribs, which I feel ride two lines that anchor below the trochanter and reach up to the sternum. Was not able to prevent a certain amount of clicking at my TL junction area. I felt I was holding it in extension against some habit of slump. Towards the end, I did feel a slight loss of attention led to slack quad. By slack quad, I felt it flopping around, snapping below and in front of the lesser trochanter groove attachments. I'm not sure quads attach there, so it might be something else. I was only aware of the glutes attaching there. The sensation was my outer/front quads. The balanced feeling side to side was just a slight flapping at the side.
