Was taking it easy, as I haven't been running much. Did hit the stairs for some squat jumps, and 6x HSPU at the Pumphouse. First time in years. This fired up my right neck issue, caused me trouble on the run back. Now, later in the week, I had a severe amount of pain and loss of mobility in my left leg. Pain at the trochanter and nothing inserting there to adduct and flex my hip would work well. Severe pain there, now developing a leathery patch that feels like scar tissue. Fucked up, wonder if it was those squats.
