Climbed to the flagpole twice, workouts at bottom and top. Explored some off-shoots I never bothered with while running, very cool trails to rocky overhangs. Definitely worked the ankle hard, but no pain or swelling. My arch on the injured ankle is better than the other. Did sets of air squats, beast climbers, headstand stretches, some beast cycles. Deep breathing during squats had me getting very very lightheaded. Worked my hips before leaving the house and my squats were pretty much ass to grass on the mountain, completely closing my calf to my hamstrings. Met Jason? Merced and Jacob? Gray from wrestling at the top and bottom of my second trip and had a good conversation wtih Merced.
