Notes
Today's run kind of sucked. Emily and i were camping at Starved Rock and i really wanted to go for a run in the morning before we got going. My watch alarm went off at 6 and as soon as i was getting up it started raining. It was only about 40 degrees and i didn't have a towel or anything else so i went back to sleep for 45 minutes. Ended up having to run while at work in STC. One of those copier runs where i would go on a 18 minute loop, stop and load paper, then head out on another loop. At least i got some miles in.
