I totally missed my alarm this morning so the hour run i had planned for the AM was completely out the window. Instead i had to squeeze in a short run when i got home from work. I only had 25 minutes before Amy had to leave so i ran a quick loop then took the kids to the park in the jogger to get up to 40 minutes.
This week is really not turning out how i would have liked. The number of workouts is way too low (zero). Only 1 month to the marathon...
