Yes, i went running at 3:15 in the morning. I see the appeal that John talks about. I think i saw a total of one car this morning in an hour. I finally decided that i have to start getting hour plus runs in on a consistent basis. I can fake my way through a half marathon, but no chance of pulling that in the marathon. I was happy to get this in and headed to see Mike & Mike in Aurora at 4:30. Pretty good start to the day. Ran an hour, got to see my guys and have a Ditka bloody mary all before 6 am! Should be a great day!
