Notes

All felt good. Right foot felt better after I finished this. Bare foot on bosu squats felt good. Finally getting the hang of them. Also did some hold with legs up on ball in bridge-like position after reverse crunches. Hamstring and periformis stretching also, on back and pigeon down dog, up dog, leg up and cross way over to opposite side stretch feels good too. Pose of child, foot and calf stretches on step stretch and stairs and quad stretch.
