Slant board series on balance disk propped onto yoga block and shoes. 30 s each side one legged, 20 2 lb weight lifts to each each side each direction and foot, 10 ball rotations each direction and foot, 10 knee bends holding weight in each hand, in each direction. then some stretching

Mistakenly did the knee bends to the front, very hard and sort of painful. Not supposed to do that. Also on holding ball during knee bend, ball stays straight over head in one hand for 10, then other for 10. I was moving them up and down and switching hands on each one.
