Notes

Not a bad workout. I was tired by the end, but felt strong throughout. I tried to keep a steady pace between the uptempo parts. I probably averaged about 5:45 pace or so per mile.

With the weather turning, I just want to run. I ran this morning and it's so beautiful out I want to run this afternoon! I won't, but I want to.
