Sixty minutes at Easy Effort. Few extra hours of recovery off-set by all the sitting I had to do today at work. Take off and eyes having problems adjusting to twilight. Dodge traffic and get to the track to find HS Soccer Districts being played under the lights. Running on track with bright lights and shadows playing more tricks on my eyes. Running blind and not finding any flow. Rough day. More reasons to get my butt out of bed and get out early tomorrow morning.
