Temp 61 Winds Calm. Humid (100%) Dew Point 61 degrees. Fog in most areas.
Morning session. Legs still have some residual soreness, but have turned the corner and are on the rebound. Little bit of a progression, but stayed at real easy effort. 9:58 / 9:55 / 9:51 / 9:43 / 9:42 / 9:38. Ran basically the school and parks tour with a detour through the Orchards. Nice route, will have to remember it. Morning rush hour on the the City Park trail already picking up.
Restless night after stressful day. All morning with wife in ER. Later, oldest son's car hit in parking lot at work by hit and run driver. Witness followed, got South Carolina plate number, and called police. Probably some drunk uninsured out-of-state piece of shit in town visiting for holiday. He's resigned himself he'll probably have to pay to have it fixed, but hope the police track them down anyways...probably too much to ask that they find them upside down in ditch somewhere?
