Temp 48 (WC 43) Wind 12 mph.
Cooldown jog home. Mostly uphill and into the wind. Started to sprinkle and then rained on me last 10-12 minutes. These Recovery Runs have got to be high value. I get to run at close to 150 HR @ only a 9:00 m/m pace for nearly 20 minutes. No issues whatsoever with GU. Had another post-workout to start re-fueling.
If legs aren't destroyed, this will have been a very, very solid day.
No weights tonight. Will pick it back up Saturday. Muscles had some pop last night. Intense contractions at top of movements. Best weight workout in weeks.
