Temp 69 Wind 6 mph. Humid (89%) Dew Point 66 degrees.
Morning session of 5-6 at Easy Effort. Out the door and run until 6:00 am. Weather numbers suck...no reward for getting up and running pre-dawn. Found cruise control about 1.5 miles in. Tibialis anterior, tender to the touch yesterday, is much better. Wore good shoes and toes thanked me.
