Temp 39 rising to 42 (WC 33) Wind 8 mph.
Second day of thaw. Still not eight feet of ground not covered by ice, much less eight miles.
Was able to keep pace under 10:00 for about four miles, but conditions at park would not allow to maintain.
HR Ave. again high, but lots of effort to stay upright.
