Warm-Up: Lunge Matrix with leg swings
Surprising how comfortable this was. I caught a couple of the splits as the backlight came on and was surprised as the splits came up. It was a bit on the warm side though and I did start to feel a bit tired towards the end, though that last km was done at 4:30/km which seems to be par for the course at the moment. Without at a doubt 4:20-4:30/km is starting to feel a lot more natural. Need to retire the blue Zoom Elites (
