Warm Up: Lunge Matrix with all leg swings
Tough to get going so early in the morning but felt good to be out and really enjoyed the last 3 km. I did allow the legs to flow a bit without necessarily trying to accelerate, just letting the pace come to me. Overall a good run, felt good, legs feeling stronger, lungs are taking a while to catch up.
