Notes

1. Warm Up: Lunge Matrix and leg swings

2. Felt very sluggish at the start, climbing Paul was a struggle but really got into a rhythm and was able to really get into a groove. Had the display set to just time so no clue about distance covered or pace and basically ran by feel. Much better than trying to match my effort to the watch.
