Notes
Very nice run, got dark once again. Started off easy and built into, felt great the second half of the run. Did a premidated spontaneous add-on of a mile on the track in 6:06, which was the effort I wanted but slower than I dared to dream... but about as fast as I expected, really. It was probably a tempoish effort, felt fine running back afterwards at a normal pace (all continuous). Definitely couldn't do 10 miles at that pace tomorrow morning though... ;)
~3200 calories today, just one bowl of pasta / veggies / sauce / turkey for dinner! I did break down and have a protein bolus of 1/2 cup greek yogurt + multigrain cheerios before going to sleep, don't want to suffer too much if I can avoid it. Have to catch back up to my pace bunny.
