Prince of Fatness
Same deal. This will take us to the end of the year. Final week will be week ending January 6.
In order to avoid clutter I am going to ask anyone who wants in to post their starting weight and goal.
Not at it at all.
OK, I have really sucked at this weight loss thing so I am going to take a different, more conservative approach.
Start: 178
Goal: 172
I would like to reach goal by early to mid December then hold serve through the end of the year. Based on past performance I give myself a 25% chance of reaching goal.
Factor Thanksgiving (pumpkin pie!) into your calculations, y'all.

Fortunately Canadian thanksgiving has passed already.
The fact that I am actually running again should help this process along.

I've been on the weight loss / weight maintenance wagon for damn near 8 years. I started at 180 lbs.
Since the end of July things have gone south quickly.
Well, this has got to cease.
So yes, I am in. Again.
Gotta get it right by the end of the year!
Start 129 goal 122.

2014 Goals:
Stay healthy
Enjoy life
Oh, and since these threads seem to go better when beer is on the line....every week I do NOT lose weight, I have to mail Finn a 6-pack. For real.
Finally a thread I can join lol.
Starting weight 126 goal weight is probably around 118. Not sure how surgery will impede my goal but I'm going to at least make an attempt. I'd like to be at a decent weight when getting back to running once surgery is done and I'm recovered and it would be MUCH easier if I start at a good weight instead of loading on the lbs. I need a good challenge if that's going to happen.

Hows that for sabotage ;-)
Start 126.5 (2 weeks in Europe really has not helped).
Goal 120
175 - 165. Gd damn it this WILL happen.
