HCrazy, some sidewalks are slanted, but most aren't. It's too much pavement and/or the new Sauvony shoes I was wearing yesterday. But I doubt it was the shoes because the reason I tried the new shoes is because the legs were sore before the run. Tried the new ultra cushioned Saucony to see if it would make a difference. It didn't.
I run 80% on crushed limestone in the spring/summer/fall but once it's covered in snow I am stuck running around the neighborhood roads. I always get sore shins as I adjust to the switch.
Are we there, yet?
I imagine so what with the quality workouts you've had. Go to the fridge get fudge, grab a tub, get a spoon and dig in!

DaveP, yay on not hitting your knee? Ouch. Did you get any strange looks walking into a store bleeding?
Well it was McDonalds at 5:45 AM, so a lot of weird going on anyway.
Dave
Enjoying the unseasonal weather and the day off with 10.8 miles, which counts as a long run for me.
Hi Karen, fancy meeting you here instead of on FB.
happylily - time for revenge. Give it back to the kiddies. And did I see you posting on FB? I think the end of the world must be near.

It seems as if I see you every day.
5 on the treadmill. I need to check out all the batteries on all my blinking lights so I can run outside tomorrow. I'm sure the batteries in my Knucklelights are dead. Freesoul, Happy Birthday! Cyberic, are your sidewalks cambered/slanted? If you aren't used to it, I can see how that could be irritating. DaveP, yay on not hitting your knee? Ouch. Did you get any strange looks walking into a store bleeding? Happylily, hope you feel better. LRB, don't get frostbite. Hope you have someone who can help you warm things back up.

Me too.
That's why I hate Facebook. I have no friggin' clue what I'm doing. I whisper one little comment one place and then it's like the whole planet hears it. What embarrassing thing did I write this time, George? Nah, don't tell me... I will get around to friending you, btw. Probably this weekend. I'm going through a Facebook tutorial at the moment and it's giving me a headache. I'm such a dinosaur.

It never happened.
Fell again, Dave? Geezus, good thing you're all right!
Is it a lack of concentration? Pure bad luck?
Howdy, neighbor!
LRB- Hope you heal up soon!
