Rockenmama's Training for 2007 Fall Marathon'S (Read 1567 times)

WOW!!! I guess I've been on automatic cause until yesterday I had no clue that I was going to be close to hitting 300 miles for the month. So I didn't have much of a choice today then to make sure to get in enough miles, which I did. I'm actually feeling really good considering. My blisters are slowly getting better (new socks are actually helping believe it or not) I'm doing pretty good at slowing my pace down, though I probably need to bring my average pace another 20-30 seconds slower. But at least I'm slowing it down. I need to sign up for a race next month (kind of forced speed work). I will be taking a well deserved recovery week next week before getting into full fledged marathon training.

300 miles in a month is no small amount. Nice work.
